General Information
Self-Serve Continental Breakfast available 8:00-9:30AM Wednesday through Friday on Third Floor in Crystal Room
Workshops, Activities and Exhibits Wednesday and Thursday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Workshops, Activities, Closing Ceremony and Farewell Friday 9:30AM – 5:00PM
Exhibits will be available all day Wednesday and Thursday 9:00AM-5:00PM, not Friday
Box Lunches will be provided during the 90 minute lunch break, allowing time to relax, visit the exhibits, chat with friends, or take care of some personal business.

3:00 – 6:00PM Registration open on Third floor in Meisnest Room, pick up your conference bags and program book

4:00-8:00PM Exhibitors Set Up on First Floor in Noble Room

5:00 – 6:00PM “Meet and Greet” Ice Breaker: Door Prizes for the first 10 people to register, Hors d’oevres, and a cash bar for all on the Third Floor in Crystal Room

6:00- 6:30PM Welcome and Opening Ceremony, Bruce Visser

6:30 – 8:30PM Social, Cocktail/Cash Bar & hors d’oeuvres

1:00PM – 3:00PM Activity – Two Choices:
One: Microsoft Focus Group on Third Floor in Scaylea Room, Jeremy Sasser lead (second FG session will be held Thursday afternoon)

Two: Exercise with Sarah Morrison on Third Floor in Meisnest Room

3:30PM – 5:00PM Workshop: Experimental PT Theater and Storytelling Part I, aj granda lead (Part II on Thursday afternoon)
